Pimples are embarrassing and will lower your self-esteem. Trying to get rid of your pimples can be a hassle and frustrating. So, what I'm going to do is share with you a quick way to get rid of pimples. That way, you will be more confident and have clean and clear skin that people will notice.

The effective ways to get rid of pimples are:

1. Drinking water. This is probably one of the most effective and important ways to get rid of your pimples. Your body has a lot of toxins in it. That's one of the reasons why you to breakout. So, by drinking water, you'll flush the toxins out of your body.

So, drink at least 8 cups of water a day.

2. Another quick way to get rid of pimples is healthy eating. You need to avoid eating foods that are high in saturated fats, vegetable oils, and sugars. Examples of the foods you need to avoid are cookies, cakes, chocolates, sugary sodas, fast food burgers and fries, pizzas, and other junk foods.

Eating junk foods will cause a hormonal imbalance and will spike your insulin. That's one reason why you breakout from eating those foods. Another reason you breakout is because foods that are loaded with fats and oil cause your skin to be oily.

When your skin gets oily, your pores will clog.

So, the foods you should eat are fruits, nuts, whole wheat foods, lean meats (tuna, turkey, chicken breast), veggies, and other health foods.

3. Toothpaste is another quick way to get rid of pimples. Before going to bed, apply some toothpaste onto your pimples. Allow it to sit overnight. When you wake up, you can wash it off.

These are some quick ways to get rid of pimples. Use the tips to get rid of your pimples. If you don't do anything about your pimples, they will get worse. And eventually, your pimples will spread over your body, which includes your butt, chest, and back.
